This event celebrates the world-class Ice Wines and Ice Ciders that are being produced in Vermont, accompanied by Vermont artisan cheeses and specialty foods.  Taste these very special wines, meet the winemakers, and learn how they are made using our natural cold winter climate. Enjoy the view from Jay Peak's spectacular new Hotel Jay & Conference Center while sampling, buying, learning, and networking. Wines, cheeses and specialty food items will all be available for purchase so you can stock up on your favorites of these hard-to-find, small batch Vermont products.
